DELIVERY, RETRACTION POLICY AND RETURN

Delivery delay

Delivery times are provided for information. Our classic delivery times of up to 15 days in the European Union. In case of late delivery, Men Luxury Design will send you an information email, telling you the new deadline.

In case of delay not exceeding 30 days, the order is deemed honored and the contract remain valid. If delivery can not occur before 30 days, you can ask to be reimbursed for your order.

Right of withdrawal and return

All returns must be made under the following conditions: 

The package should include the new products or, unworn, unopened and in their original packaging (protection accessories included). 

In case of withdrawal, enclose in the parcel a completed withdrawal form with a copy of the invoice. 

In case of return, join in the parcel a copy of the invoice indicating clearly on the invoice the reason for return.

For shipment of your package, we recommend the use of a shipment monitoring to protect against lost packets in transit. Make sure you keep your tracking number until your package has been received by Men Luxury Design. Upon receipt of the package, and after checking the parcel to be consistent with the requirements of the return, we will refund within 30 working days. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If you paid by PayPal the order will be refunded via PayPal. A confirmation email will be sent when your return has been processed. If you have additional questions, we invite you to contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us". 

In case of return or withdrawal do not comply with these conditions, Men Luxury Design reserves the right to return the parcel to you in the state where he was received by us without being able to give rise to some complaints whatsoever.

Rétractation 

According to the law, you have a right of withdrawal. 

In case of withdrawal, you will be liable for the return costs, your responsibility.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must return to your expenses, or new products, unworn, unopened and in their original packaging (protection accessories included). 

The length of the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the product.

The refund of all money paid will occur within 30 days from the time when Men Luxury Design has received the withdrawal form with returned items as provided above.

If you have benefited from free delivery when ordering, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs in case of withdrawal. Thus, the refund will result in a new invoice detailing the exact amount of shipping that we have supported you to ship the package, and will be deducted from the refund.

Return Product 

In case of non compliance with the order or defective delivery, please resend the new products, unworn, unopened and in their original packaging (protection accessories included) within 14 days of receipt of the product. You will need to clearly indicate the ground for refusal as well as your choice on one of the following on the delivery note or invoice. Upon receipt of the package by us, we offer either

• Sending a new shipment respecting the order,
• Repair of the defective product, 
• Exchange the product with a like product
• The cancellation of the order (with refund of amounts paid).
