The Collaterals is trademark ("Collateral Image LLC”). Its functions and designs are covered by U.S. patent pending rights under "decorative magnetic shirt collar studs”; "Magnetic shirt collar studs;" "Flux Quantum shirt collar studs.'' Collateral Image reserves the rights to aggressively protect its intellectual property in U.S, Europe and all other regions.
Collaterals The brand is a registered trademark. Image collaterals LLC filed an international patent for its innovative designs: magnetic flux quantum, and folding lock closures. Image collaterals LLC reserves the image rights to protect its intellectual property in the US, Europe and all other regions.
The Company Men Luxury Design is the exclusive distributor of the brand in Europe and Collaterals Image Products LLC. As such, the company owns Men Luxury Design website: collaterals.eu and all data included in this site (text, photographs, illustrations, icons, animations, databases, etc ...) are the property exclusive society Men Luxury Design or are the subject of a specific authorization for use for society Men Luxury Design.
